wrote an article awhile back called “How To Exercise Feet Arches”, geared toward strengthening the arches of your feet. During the research of the article, I began putting the exercises to work. Sometimes my feet would cramp painfully. I never knew I could speak such foul language as the cramping left me almost paralyzed and scared to move. I would not give up, believing my feet were just too weak and out of shape. Since then, I can now point my toes without cramping and my arches are strong. I still believe in the suggestions in my article, and it is definitely a more intimate experience when a friend helps. Have a read of the article and try out the exercises. And, don’t give up.
